These Terms & Conditions apply to yoga and wellness services provided by Noafit Studio, operated by Ainoha Albeniz as a sole trader.

Services

Services may include online yoga classes, private yoga sessions, packages and individually arranged wellness services such as breathwork, meditation and personalised wellness support.

The specific service, price, frequency and duration will be agreed with the client before the service begins.

Bookings and payments

Bookings are confirmed once the service and payment arrangements have been agreed.

Payment methods and payment schedules may vary depending on the service. Where a recurring or instalment payment arrangement is agreed, the applicable payment schedule will be communicated to the client before payment is authorised.

Cancellations

Clients are asked to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms applicable to a particular service or package will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds

Any refund will be considered according to the circumstances of the booking and the applicable consumer rights and legal requirements.

Health and wellbeing

Yoga and wellness services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Clients are responsible for informing Ainoha Albeniz of any relevant health considerations or physical limitations before participating in a session.

Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version applicable at the time of booking will normally apply to that service.
